Los Gatos Porch
The Los Gatos Porch was located at
32 N Santa Cruz Avenue in Los Gatos, California and for over 31 years
was a town favorite selling home accessories and furnishings.
The first incarnation of the porch was started by David Stonesifer and
was located behind the Opera House. Then called the Los Gatos
National Porch; the store sold topiary as well as pots and other plants
and outdoor pieces. Later David partnered with Larry Arzie and
opened The Los Gatos Porch at the Santa Cruz avenue location.
The Porch, as it was known to the locals was housed in the old sheet
metal and plumbing works built in the late 1800's. The building
became the perfect home for the noted interiors company. The space
was filled with nooks and cozy spaces filled with tasteful home
furnishings, antiques and decorative accessories.
